Maxi xl corner group chaise end modular unit sofa. A stunning corner group modular unit sofa that can be made up into all sorts of combinations from L shaped corner group, 5 str sofa with a chaise end footstool, 4 str sofa, 2 chairs or one chair and footstool, its absolutely endless!!!

Finished in a mixture of Tan and grey leather with stylish'pinch pull' seats to give the effect of buttoning. Sitting on a wooden plinth (this had the add scuff but its not visible in use). The large back support cushions are loose (very heavy) and can be positioned anywhere you want from straight to angled and also to alter the seat depth.

They then have the leather scatter cushions in front which you can use with or without. But can be made smaller into 2 chairs (one tan, one grey) both with backs and then a long sofa of 224 cm x 114 cm deep with backs. This one came to us straight from A&Js showroom, it was also displayed at the NEC furniture show in January, the condition is very good, its virtually new!!!

There is one long mark running the full length of the seat right on the edge (see last image), this can be used as the rear edge so not seen at all. Large main section is 224cm long x 114cm deep, then 2x small sections at 114cm square, from this you should be able to work out the sizes of various combinations. I can't list them all! The seat height is 42cm, height to top of back cushions is 85cm and the seat depth can vary from 50-85cm.

The large section can used as a bed sofa, its way bigger than a single bed, the 2 single units also make another bed the same size or you can put all 3 units together to form a square area larger than a double bed, maybe even king / queen sized.
