EDWARD GREEN VINTAGE CORRESPONDENT BROGUES BROWN / TAN UK 9 EXCELLENT CONDITION. A very fine, vintage pair of full-brogue correspondent oxford shoes in a combination of brown / tan burnished calf leather and sand canvas from Edward Green.
They are in excellent used condition overall. Notwithstanding a little creasing across the vamps and the odd surface mark here and there (see photos). This pair have been professionally fitted with non-slip rubber over-soles and rubber heel pieces and worn on just one occasion since then.
They come with a distinctive set of EG dust bags possibly the norm for EG when these shoes were made in the 1980s? The width fitting is E - which is a standard width fitting. This pair are off the 202 Last. The shoes feature close-channelled leather soles (with non-slip rubber over-soles), calf leather and canvas uppers and full leather linings - plus all the hand-built quality that one expects from this top English shoemaker. Arrived on time and well packed up. Extremly great shoes and just as described. Very good, outstanding item , 10/10, wish everyone was this good.
