The standard studding detail on this model consists of individual chrome studs being carefully hammered in by one of our hand-studding specialists, who work hard to ensure that all the studding is consistent and matches up perfectly to the sofa's specifications. This sofa is available in a choice of 3 different high quality fabrics: Chenille, Crushed Velvet and Naples Velvet. All our furniture is hand-crafted by our fully skilled upholstery team in Bury, Greater Manchester in the North West of England, UK. Fibre filled cushions are provided with this model as standard, reflex foam cushions are available as a premium upgrade at an additional cost upon request. We use only the highest quality, British sourced fabrics (which exceeds the EU Fire Retardant Regulations). We use elasticated strap webbing. Springs are available upon request at no additional cost, however due to the nature of springs conventionally snapping upon prolonged use, we avoid this method and therefore do not offer FREE aftercare on such failures.

This model is hand studded with Chrome studs as standard, although additional colour choices are available, which includes: Antique, Brass, or Renaissance. All of our frames are screwed, glued, stapled and doweled beech hardwood frames. The deep buttoner's are the ones who have the skills needed to button the insides of all the chesterfield sofas. We also have upholsterers who do all the finishing elements to all the sofas. The finishing's consists of fitting the fully sprung seat, filling the cushions, attaching all the panels around the outsides of the sofa, the front border and attaching the front facings. We then have our studding specialist who carefully hammers in all the individual studs making sure all straight lines are straight and all the curved lines are perfect curves. We also have our leather/fabric cutter who basically cut all elements of the sofas and pass them on to our seamstress.
