Mid-Century Vintage Danish Tan Leather 2.5 Seater Sofa'MH2225' by Mogens Hansen

Material: Leather upholstery with Beech wood frame. Maximum Dimensions: Width 188cm, Depth 79cm, Height 76cm, Seat Height 42cm and Seat Depth 45cm. Condition: In Very Good condition with obvious signs of age, in the form of fading to the original Tan colour, and surface patina throughout. However there are no rips or tears to the Leather, and despite its appearance it is in Excellent condition, with patina which can't be replicated. Description: An excellent quality Danish Mid-Century 2.5 seater'MH2225' sofa, designed and manufactured by Mogens Hansen. The piece features six removable cushions, including a pair of side cushion inserts for extra comfort. The cushions are also fibre filled, creating a plump feel and look.

The sofa is generously sized for a two seater, and can fit three people for a more snug sit, hence the'2.5'. The inward curved arms and profile of the sofa is typically Danish, with this style of sofa being very popular and still produced today, often referred to as the'London' style in Denmark. The sofa is raised on a Beech wood base, with four naturally finished Beech feet to each corner below.
