Vintage Christian Dior Samourai Handbag

A spectacular Vintage Christian Dior handbag. This bag is a limited edition from the John Galliano collection. It's called a samourai bag and is from this collection.

Limited edition number is on the inside Of the bag on the metal label. These are rare and sought after they are a bag that will hold their value and always be in style and fashion. The bag is a tan leather colour and in a good condition apart form two different rings holding the straps. One had to be replaced.

Please see the photos for this. The replaced ring holds the bag well. And does not effect the use of this bag. The inside is lined with a cream coloured coloured satin lining, this has the Dior logo over it. There are two pockets on one side and another larger pocket with a zip on the other. The handle is good condition. It's beautiful and has two carved lucite snakes each side. The handle is in good condition still and does not show much wear. The outside design is very unusual a plaited bow effect, it's quite a striking bag. Inside is clean apart from a couple of small stains, (see photos) these are just at the top of the bag inside and are quite small.

There are studs on the bottom. The bottom does show signs of little wear on one side, slight normal wear and tear on the bottom of the bag, but no damage. The bag shuts well and is a snap closure. The frame is a Brown lucite. The pocket inside has the metal label on with Dior and the number of the limited edition.

Overall I would say the bag is in a good condition. It's a beautiful piece and a great size. Measures are length 13.5 inches x width 9 inches. Please be aware the bag has been used and will show signs of use.
